Good question. Copywriting is simply writing to get people to take action. That action could be subscribing to your email list, scheduling a site visit, or placing an order. All of the words that we use to get people to do that—from headlines and subject lines to paragraphs and calls to action—count as copy.
You can. But you’re on a website for a professional copywriter, so my guess is you either gave it a try and were disappointed with the outcome, and/or you want copy that is personalized to your brand and your audience. You know…copy that does its job.
AI is not without any value. I use it as a research and brainstorming tool…although I have serious concerns about its environmental impact. But I have yet to get any copy out of it that I’d be willing to send to a client. And you deserve better than that.
Every project I do includes up to two rounds of revisions based on client feedback. But keep in mind that there is intention behind each word on the page. So I may not always agree that a requested change is the right one. I want you to have copy that performs, so we can test my suggestions and see what works!
That can depend on my workload. I complete jobs in the order they’re received, so the sooner you reach out, the sooner we can get you on my schedule.
You’ll get all completed copy in Google Docs, which you can then hand over to your designer for final layout and completion.
